I have been using Jones for over 30 years, all of their employees are professional and personable. Easy to schedule an appointment, they are always on time. Our exterminator Bob is great. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional Customer Service and Professionalism!I recently had the pleasure of working with Jones Termite & Pest Control, and I must say, their customer service exceeded my expectations. From the start, they demonstrated good communication skills, even when I mistakenly provided them with the wrong address.Christ, the representative I interacted with, was not only friendly but also very honest. Instead of becoming frustrated or annoyed, he handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Even apologizing for what was clearly my mistake.

I called Jones Termite & Pest Control about removing two hornets nests on our property, and they were able to come out the next day. They did a fantastic job, and were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
