Our rep / technician, Brian is friendly, respectful and most importantly, super knowledgeable about all types of pests and provides us with preventative info to keep our home pest free in between visits as well. I want to give a huge shout out to Western pest services. I have been using them for years. Today, at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon I heard an animal in my attic. I spoke with Tina who is so responsive. She was able to tell Curtis and Maliq about my problem and they agreed to come check it out even though their day was almost over. They were at my home within 15 minutes and were able to locate the animal. Luckily it was a baby bird and they released him unharmed to the outside. I'm so grateful that Curtis and Maliq went the extra mile for me. I highly recommend them.

Got the type of ant that was in my house wrong. Not sure if it was from lack of knowledge, or just not caring. The other thought that crossed my mind was it misidentified on purpose to try to persuade me into signing a 1500$ contract with them. They did call after seeing this review to send a technician over to look at the house.
