We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Gerard responded immediately to each call. One call was on a Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we called Gerard.
Eric Gerard answered our emergency call on a Saturday and told us what to do to stop the leak, explained what caused the leak, and talked us through how we could try to patch the pipe.
The pipe was so old and so damaged we were unable to patch it.
Eric immediately dispatched a plumber to repair the broken pipe on a Saturday so we could turn the main water back on to the house.
The entire staff at Gerard provided excellent customer service.

Gerard was also patient with the restoration and construction process that took 3 months. As contractors finished floors and walls, we called Gerard to complete the plumbing during the construction process.
Once all restoration and construction finished, we called Gerard to install new vanities and toilets in the bathrooms.

“We had a full repiping of our home. The company attended to pin hole leaks, promptly provided estimate and scheduled the work immediately on our acceptance of the bid. Before the work could be done, they immediately attended to a new leak, which took two techs, two hours, at no charge. “On 8/9/2024 City Plumbing Heating & AC INC. came to install a Furnace and Air Conditioning in my home! Nick had come to my home ahead of time to show me the products they offer! I got a Rheem R92T Classic Plus Series Furnace which is an Efficiency Furnace! I also got a Rheem RA13 Classic Series Air Conditioner which is also Efficiency!
The men installing the Furnace and Air Conditioner were right on time! The Mechanic was Byron and his helper was Neko! They installed everything in one day and cleaned up it was spotless!
I forgot to mention Columbia Gas sent me a letter pertaining to my usage! I was paying $200.00 a month and my bill went down to $147.00 they wanted to come in my home to check the furnace! I told them I purchased a new furnace and gave them the furnace information!

It was not an emergency situation but something that did need addressed. Sevacko plumbing contacted me that afternoon, I explained the situation and a service call with Cory was scheduled for the following day, Friday, in the AM. Cory contacted us when he was on his way. The pipe was replaced and everything was done professionally with respect and courtesy within 30 minutes at NC as it was covered under the home warranty company.
