We called for a gas line removal and capping. I called at 1:22 and left a voicemail. He called me back at 1:31 asking when we needed service. He was at our house at 1:42. Less than 15 minutes later! I couldn't even believe it. He quickly looked at the pipe, let us know what needed to be done and completed the entire project within 20 minutes. He was super friendly and professional, he let us know if we have any problems or need anything else (we're doing a full kitchen renovation) to let him know. The cost was less than we expected to spend and we couldn't be more happy in the timely manner that this was done. I thought we'd have to wait days for someone to come out!...read full review
Great service. Vince was super helpful, allowed me to do some of the demo to save money while also being responsive to my texts as I tearing out sections of my wall.He came back the following day to replace the cast iron stack that had ruptured and ran tests with me to ensure it was fixed properly.
