“AC went down. Called Walsh had a friend that used to work for them. I tried to use Claude to diagnose the problem but I never got into HVAC. After looking at the easy stuff tripped breakers blown fuse. I couldn’t see the problem. Technician came out and took care of the problem. It was way above my skill set but an easy fix for the Tech. He was also very professional and explained the issue, the new part has a warranty. Very satisfied with the experience.
