With a rainfall water glass inset it lets in excellent lighting all day long and offers privacy at the same time. The installer, Joe, was very professional and did an excellent job. “I own a Sears Kit Home, built by my grandfather in the 1920’s. It needed repairs, updates and a general spiffing up. I wanted to keep the home true to its original form as much as possible. Also, I wanted someone who appreciates and respects older construction and materials to do the work.
After interviewing several remodeling/renovation companies, some who insisted on tearing out walls, John McCloskey walked in and smiled at the craftsmanship and understood my house. He saw the foibles found in old homes, like the sloped flooring. And came up with a quick and easy fix. Jessica did a fantastic job walking me through the process, selecting fixtures, coordinating contractors, and keeping me updated on the project. I live elsewhere and she accommodated my schedule when I came into town to see the progress. The crew were respectful of my home and property and were polite and patient with all my questions.
I can honestly say, I was very pleased with the JFrancis team from start to finish. I think my six year old granddaughter summed it up perfectly, “This house feels the best of all the houses I know. I am going to live here someday.”“

“Rick is AMAZING!!! He knocked out our giant (uphill) backyard in two days with his crew. Our backyard went from being a black-tarped wasteland with a handful of struggling bushes to a beautiful, no hassle, plant paradise. He thoughtfully selected deer resistant plants as well as minimal to no maintenance plants and placed them so they look good now as well as as they mature and also used our existing bushes, moving them as necessary.

He also took care of our small front yard and side yards, and laid fresh mulch down on all of it.

We have been trying to get this project completed for the past three years, each year we would have multiple landscapers come out to give us quotes, only to never hear from them again. To add to everything, this was actually affordable, especially in comparison to other quotes.

His crew was professional and respectful, not only of our property but also our neighbors'.

“We had a new aluminum railing put on my front landing and steps to replace an old rusted out one. Roycroft completed the job quickly and within the timeframe I was originally told. It came out perfect. Railing is straight and uniform on both sides and down the stairs. Would highly recommend.“
