We had a great experience with Sipes & Son. Chad is very knowledgable about complex structural repairs and he is very nice to communicate with. We had to have a badly corroded steel beam replaced under a garage floor. It was a complex job and CJ (Project Manager) and the crew did an amazing job. The Sipes crew was wonderful--on-time every day and worked carefully in the space and cleaned up after. This is an A+ company!
There is so many positive things I could say about Sipes and Sons. Helpful, understanding, supportive, thorough, honest, fun crew, knowledgeable, skilled, and unbelievably kind. They worked on our house diligently for every bit of 2 weeks. They answered all my questions, and also taught me so much during the time they were here. CJ and his crew were so fun. We got to know them throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did. They are the ones you trust with the structure of your home. We do that’s for sure.
We’ve hired Sipes and Sons twice—once for a structural assessment and once for a foundation project—and both experiences were positive. They’re knowledgeable, do excellent work, and are consistently professional and transparent. Chad and his crew were also extremely flexible when a communication mix-up on our end led our tenants to send the workers home so they could park in front of the house.
