“We are new to PA and needed some natural light in our guest bath and laundry room. Sunup was great to work with. They communicated well and completed the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were patient while I decided where to create the sun tunnel and we are happy with the finished product. Our only critique is related to dealing with VELUX directly for the solar light lights. We have a defective light and in order to get it replaced, we had to submit a video of the light not working correctly. Not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless. We recommend Sunup, but we don’t necessarily look forward to working with VELUX for any warranty issues.“

They did extensive siding work on my house, as well as 2nd floor & attic windows, doors, gutters, and any related soffit/facia and trim work.They did a beautiful job.I hired them again the following year to do the first floor windows and a gutter guard (for leaves).They did a great job discussing all of the possible options with me, and maintained ongoing communication. They made much-appreciated suggestions that really helped with the aesthetics of the finished project.The folks doing the work were all very skilled and professional and friendly.I felt that the price was reasonable given the extent of the work and the quality of the labor and materials I selected.They worked through various weather conditions and dealt with a few surprises (a squirrel and bird family that were determined to move in), all with great patience.I will hire them again if and when I have any other work that needs to be done (front bottom windows).A few before and after pictures are attached.“
“In March 2022, I hired Roycroft Contracting, LLC to build a new Trex deck. Compared to other deck companies, Roycroft had very timely communication. I appreciate that Roycroft explored different options such as colors of boards, a possible roof, a gate, and an ADA handrail. In March, the weather was very cold and rainy, but the workers worked hard to demolish the old deck and to construct the new deck. The new deck passed the township’s inspection.
