From the estimate, the clear communication, to the demolition and rebuild through to the finished job I always felt confident and assured. Not only are the crew personable, professional and respectful of space and customers, they are experts. The strategized on how to take a 30 year old bar floor with significant issues and rebuild it with subfloors, concrete and epoxy so that it looks brand new. Most importantly they worked 12 hour days so that we would be closed the least amount of time. An additional project they worked early morning and overnights to rebuild basement stairs prior to opening. I cannot recommend them enough. Pricing is fair and transparent. “I own a Sears Kit Home, built by my grandfather in the 1920’s. It needed repairs, updates and a general spiffing up. I wanted to keep the home true to its original form as much as possible. Also, I wanted someone who appreciates and respects older construction and materials to do the work.
After interviewing several remodeling/renovation companies, some who insisted on tearing out walls, John McCloskey walked in and smiled at the craftsmanship and understood my house. He saw the foibles found in old homes, like the sloped flooring. And came up with a quick and easy fix. Jessica did a fantastic job walking me through the process, selecting fixtures, coordinating contractors, and keeping me updated on the project. I live elsewhere and she accommodated my schedule when I came into town to see the progress. The crew were respectful of my home and property and were polite and patient with all my questions.

“Our guest bathroom shower/tub was leaking. The shower/tub is original to the house and we were told it would need replaced by 3 other companies quoting. David took a very thorough approach to reviewing the shower/tub and diagnosed that while the shower/tub is old, the immediate issue could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty, the time he spent looking at the issue, explaining everything in great detail, and not pushing for the upsell of a replacement. Will definitely be calling David back for future projects.“

“We contracted Trent and his crew to build a 26’ x 30’ two story addition on the back of our home with a master suite on the top floor and a two-car garage at ground level. From the very first phone call to schedule a consultation for an estimate, to completion of the project, his communication was everything you could want from a contractor. Every phone call and text message received a prompt response, and we always received an actual answer with the information we needed.

Even with significant weather delays and supply issues, the project was completed on time and on budget. We made some design changes and modifications along the way, and the additional costs of these changes was clearly communicated beforehand and done within the quoted prices.

Any time you take on a project this size, things aren’t always going to go as planned. We encountered several minor issues during this build, and Trent always stepped up to make it right and offered a solution that was fair for everyone.

We were also highly impressed by his attention to detail, and unwillingness to cut corners on any aspect of the job. From the time the excavator broke ground until they finished mopping the floors, the level of craftsmanship and pride in their work was evident throughout the entire process.

In the areas that we allowed them to have creative freedom, they far exceeded anything we could have designed ourselves.
