From the very first phone call to schedule a consultation for an estimate, to completion of the project, his communication was everything you could want from a contractor. Every phone call and text message received a prompt response, and we always received an actual answer with the information we needed.<br><br>Even with significant weather delays and supply issues, the project was completed on time and on budget. We made some design changes and modifications along the way, and the additional costs of these changes was clearly communicated beforehand and done within the quoted prices.<br><br>Any time you take on a project this size, things aren’t always going to go as planned. We encountered several minor issues during this build, and Trent always stepped up to make it right and offered a solution that was fair for everyone.<br><br>We were also highly impressed by his attention to detail, and unwillingness to cut corners on any aspect of the job.
