Rick is awesome and very knowledgeable. He’ll take the time to give you a real opinion on what needs fixed and what makes the most sense to do. He will also go over what each option costs. He spent the afternoon fixing various issues at my house, including a 1955 Pittsburgh toilet that I thought would never work again!

Terrys has served us well over the years. I wasn’t sure they serviced the area where we moved to and I just called a local very well rated company. They guys told me everything was done completely wrong and cheap and it was going to cost us a lot to fix properly. But that just did t feel like the whole story. I immediately called Terrys for a second opinion.
Rick came through a few days later, explained everything in detail (old houses vs. new builds, basement vs. garage) and fixed what actually needed fixed for a fraction on the cost. I’ll never call anywhere else again.
