I was really impressed with the quality of their work and especially the speed with which the work was done.
I watched one guy use Teflon tape plus paste on fittings. That's a trick I learned 40+ years ago so you know I was impressed, also the use of stainless fittings.

“I thought it was a simple repair. The previous homeowner had drilled into a drain pipe in the wall of the first floor bathroom and when we removed the screw to do painting, it started to leak. There was actually some darkening of the sheetrock before but we didn't know what it was from. I though the repair would be to remove some of the pipe and splice in a new piece. But when they were removing it, it had several screws into it from the other side of the wall where shelves were mounted. Robison Plumbing took that in stride and formulated a new plan to correct the problem. They did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. They ended up replacing the whole section of pipe from the basement up. Very friendly, knowledgable, and professional.“

“Based on a previous positive experience, we called Elek plumbing to have them check on our low water pressure. Elvis was the technician who came to our house was very friendly knowledgeable and professional. Based on the information we provided, and analyzing the situation his first possible cause was the pressure regulating valve. But, instead of simply going forward with giving an estimate of the cost to replace the prv,, he first did a few basic checks that would either verify the prv is at fault or not.
Bottom line, the prv was ok, and it was our home water filter that was causing the water pressure issue. Throughout the whole process he was very clear and thorough in all his explanations. Based on the outstanding service we received we elected to get their annual service inspection. Note This is something which we were already considering asking if they offered, not something they pushed on us. Overall definitely an excellent plumbing service company I definitely recommend for your plumbing repair services.“
