Michael Long Plumbing & Heating comes highly recommended for any plumbing and heating needs. Customers have used Mike Long for years without any problems and praise the business for being prompt, professional, and communicative. The team, including Mike and Ken, was able to squeeze in a job just over 36 hours after a call, completing it in just over 30 minutes, with pricing considered not just reasonable but excellent. They have handled urgent issues like busted pipes and a lost heat due to an original boiler furnace, diagnosing the problem, getting the needed part the same day, and installing it right after. They also dealt calmly with a weak point in a pipe that burst open, fixing it and finishing the main job. The cost was reasonable considering the age of the furnace and total time. Customers are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing and heating work.
Michael Long Plumbing was fantastic! He was prompt, squeezed us in just over 36 hours after we called, and got the job done in just over 30 minutes—something a previous big-name plumber couldn’t manage. His pricing was not just reasonable but excellent. Highly recommend!
I want to thank Mike and Ken for the work done at my son's home. I called Mike on a Wednesday and even though he was very busy due to the cold weather, he came and fixed 3 busted pipes the next day. After the pipes were fixed he and Ken went throughout the house to make sure that there was heat to all radiators and no leaking anywhere. Should you need any plumbing and heating work done, look no further than Mike Long's Plumbing and Heating.
I am so happy that this business was recommended to me. From start to finish, Michael Long plumbing was professional, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work.
