The Plymouth location, which opened this year, has received positive feedback for its cleanliness, new equipment, and affordable monthly cost of $10. The staff are described as helpful, welcoming, and consistently maintaining the cleanliness of the gym. The check-in process is simple with the Planet Fitness app. The gym's manager, Justin, is commended for being hands-on and leading by example by cleaning machines alongside his employees. Inside the gym it’s clean, however wish there was a trash can on the way out and they would maintain the first entry way.
I also wish they had either a red light sauna or turn a tanning booth into a red light therapy ONLY tanning booth.
The hydro chairs are great, however they need to make it more zen- better lighting or something- it’s so blah. And the light are oppressive.
Be nice if they had some plants at least by the front desk that helped to “clean the air” plants are also welcoming and calming.
They did some moving around of equipment, would have been nice if the TRX system had two spots of their own with two systems.
I love my gym the staff at night are always so nice and down to earth all the machines I need to get to my goal! In 37 days I accomplished one goal and I can’t wait for more to come !
Firstly, the staff are great. They do a great job trying to keep the place clean and are very friendly and professional.My problem is that since they took 3 of the bikes away I constantly have to wait to use one. Also one of the cable machines has been out of order for close to a month now. I don’t know if it’s a part or maintenance issue. Overall a great place to workout though.
