From the courteous voice on the phone when I initially called to the professional, responsive, reasonable, and competent service from Tom, I feel blessed in an urgent situation to have Tom come within 12 hours to rescue a situation that occurred when a friend tried to replace my bathtub handle stem that broke off and the main water had to be shut off so I had no use of water at all until Tom kindly showed up at 7AM the next morning despite his busy work schedule.I was able to use my water again as Tom installed isolation valves on the water supplies to the bathtub until he could purchase new handles to install. Outstanding service and knowledge. Always fair pricing and reliable. I know a lot of people say that easily, but I am not easily appeased, and I have absolutely no reservations or worries using these professionals.
