“I joined because it’s 24 hours. Most gyms are closed when I get off of work. It is great for my schedule, and it’s nearby. I like the selection of free weights, and weight machines. Variety of cardio equipment. I asked my Wife to join, and later we signed up together. She loves it, and referred her friend. The staff is great, and the members. I highly recommend this location. Come join us. Health is wealth.“

“For several years before turning 71 this May, I considered going to a trainer to improve my strength and fitness. But hearing of bad experiences from friends and acquaintances made me hesitate. Common complaints were trainers who lacked knowledge of exercise physiology, did not explain why certain exercises were performed, did not customize workouts, or consider the goals and initial fitness status of the client.Based on the enthusiastic recommendation of my son, I took advantage of a free session and evaluation at Vertex Fitness in April of 2023. I was deeply impressed with Dwayne Wimmer’s thoroughness in evaluating my needs and outlining a workout regimen to address them. After four months of three 30-minute sessions a week, my strength and endurance are greatly improved.Dwayne’s workouts are highly efficient. He leads you through exercises with a focus on proper form to achieve the greatest benefit and avoid injury. Dwayne emphasizes that the purpose of the workouts is not to achieve the same result for everyone, but rather the best result in the context of each client’s individual potential. For those seeking one-on-one, focused, efficient strength training, I strongly recommend Dwayne Wimmer and Vertex fitness.“

“I connected with Rich Bruno almost 2 years ago. I am in my late 50's and I needed a coach to help me get back in shape after 15 years of inconsistent training. Rich assessed my range of motion, strenth, and balance. Throughout this process he continues to design workout programs that have changed my life. I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in. All the aches and pains in my shoulders, neck, lower back are gone!!! Litterally gone!!! Rich built my body up one week at a time. When I started I could do maybe 3 pull ups. Now I'm doing 40!
