He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to answer my questions about our heat pump and humidifier care in lay terms. I could see that he cared about his work and wanted to do it the right way. He also took time to put booties on to keep the floors clean and made sure there was no mess when he left.Update: Just to inform everyone that Triangle has discontinued residential service. They sold that part of the business to another company.”
