He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to answer my questions about our heat pump and humidifier care in lay terms. I could see that he cared about his work and wanted to do it the right way. He also took time to put booties on to keep the floors clean and made sure there was no mess when he left.Update: Just to inform everyone that Triangle has discontinued residential service. They sold that part of the business to another company.“

“Matt Habbershon installed a new water heater today. He had looked at the old one at the beginning of December and thought there was a pinhole leak underneath and he was right. He explained how I should monitor it and when I found the leak I called Haller requesting Mark be the installer of the new one. His quote was on the mark so no big surprise, work done neatly, efficiently, he showed me the new water heater and vhecked my water since I'm on a well. Mark is personable, answered all my questions and is trustworthy. I'd request his help again.“
