He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to answer my questions about our heat pump and humidifier care in lay terms. I could see that he cared about his work and wanted to do it the right way. He also took time to put booties on to keep the floors clean and made sure there was no mess when he left.Update: Just to inform everyone that Triangle has discontinued residential service. They sold that part of the business to another company.“

I checked with other companies and I was told the same thing. The other companies were quick to want to sell me a new system. I was all ready to have a new system installed but Les Weaver was persistent and found the part. They came out and installed the new part and my system is working great. It's nice to know there is still a heating service company that will fix your system, if possible, instead of telling you ;It's shot, you need a new system.
