“Had an issue with our pipes and they burst due to the cold. They sent Shane out and he was awesome. He knew what he was doing and we chatted about our heater. He emailed dispatch to have them sent a heat tech (Scott) out to give us a quote on an oil furnace and a gas furnace with conversion. Scott was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He told us we would have an estimate in less than 24 hours. I could believe we got a call feom Chris a few hours later. He helped us figure out what was best. We have an appointment for a week today to have the gas furnace installed at a really good price. Prior to out plumbing issue wale didn't have a company that we used regularly, well now we do! I highly recommend them!“

“I scheduled a residential service call on a system Moon Mechanical had installed. I left a message for Moon Mechanical and after no reply for a few days I called TM Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment next day. The service tech arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful, but more importantly, willing to solve the problem with joy. The problem was traced to a wiring issue. Great experience! I mislaid the invoice and ended up paying late, so that was embarrassing. I'm planning on getting them to install an AC system in my other house. Bob the estimator was helpful and willing to discuss options instead of demanding a particular setup.“

He let me know every step of the way what he was doing. Found the issue and went above and beyond fixing it. Oh and Luna says hello.

Had an issue with the heater....( totally different.) Woke up in the early morning with no heat & boiler would not ignite. This time Kirk came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and got the heat back up and runny before it got too cold inside. Both techs that I had were knowledgeable and took the time to check everything out. I know who I'll be calling in case the heater demons strike again. Thank you!!!“

They sold that part of the business to another company.“
