Triangle installed our small commercial system in 2016 and we've been experiencing failures nearly every year since. We kept trying to get them to send somebody to root cause the system for the failures, but every time they would just come out and replace the same blown fuse or a wire and send us a bill for ~$1000. We tried communicating our need for a real solution with the main office, but it just sent us to a call center in California. Finally gave up on them and had someone from Haller come out to look at the system, and on the first trip they found multiple errors in the system set up, fixed those, and sent us a bill for about 1/3 the cost. Today I witnessed a serious safety concern involving a silver Chevrolet Equinox with the Triangle logo on the door on N Tulpehocken St in Pine Grove, PA directly in front of a fire house.
Elementary school children were actively crossing the road at a bus stop when the vehicle approached at approximately 30-40mph and did not appear to slow down. The bus had just begun retracting its stop sign when the vehicle was about 10 yards away, so the driver technically did not have to stop — but there was no visible reduction in speed while children were in the roadway.

I would Negative -5 If it was available, very inexperienced techs, don’t know what they’re doing. They made me spend $900 because their tech didn’t figure out the problem. I called different cooling services and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Highly do NOT recommend.
