“James with Patriot Plumbing helped save our family a couple of thousand dollars. We had a branch and wire stuck in our sewer trap. We called another competing company, which was initially able to come sooner, but they could not get it out. We considered having $5k worth of work to dig 5ft down and replace the sewer trap. I called James to see if he would still be willing to come out and help. He came the following day and worked on fishing the items out to prevent us from having to dig up our backyard. After 40 minutes of patience and repeated attempts, he removed the items. We were thrilled and pleased with his service. We didn't feel pressured that James was trying to sell us on digging up our backyard like the other plumber had. James's employee also came to our home and installed a new toilet and was very professional and kind to my wife and kids.“

Jim (the gentleman from Schwanger, not me) was knowledgable and put up with 100 questions from me along the way. “Wow, everything has turned out so great! And less than those bigger companies and a lot nicer to talk to! ?
My basement was a mess, beware when buying a flipped house! ? Long story short, because my sewer line inside my house was painted, I had to have it replaced. I also needed a new boiler and hot water heater due to age and my wet basement. So I decided to go energy efficient. ? Oh and not to forget my new utility sink, with plumbing that works and a handy spray spout. Thank you so much to Trevor and Jeff, they did an awesome job with all the installations. Everything went very quickly with few issues, thankfully. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. I was having other work done in the basement and they worked with my scheduling.

“I was recommended to Pat and I'm very happy that I was. I got a brand new sink recently, deeper than I had before, which ended up being an issue since my one pipe underneath my sink was now up too high. This is not a problem you can DIY, so thankfully Pat was able to come out the morning after I called. I had tons of cooking to do the next day and desperately needed my sink up and running. He was able to resolve the issue within a few hours. He even looked at a broken off grey water drain pipe to my food trailer and reattached it! I couldn't be happier with the service.
