After a leak from my sewer line caused sewage to seep through the joint between an exterior wall (concrete block) and the basement floor (concrete), I had unsatisfactory meetings with plumbers from two companies. Then, on the recommendation of a neighbor who is a very satisfied customer of GH Mechanical, I contacted them. GH Mechanical got back to me within a few hours, came to my home that day, identified the problem, and sent me a proposal promptly.
