“I'm a DYIer but I had a plumbing issue I couldn't sort out myself -- a smell in the bathroom, from a bad vent. Barry came out, diagnosed the issue, and advised me how to fix it myself. He took a half hour, was extremely friendly and informative, and didn't charge me a thing! I couldn't be more pleased. If I have another plumbing job, I'm certainly going to call Barry!“
