“Scott was awesome, he was very transparent with what to expect and I felt he had our best interest in mind. We called him out thinking the leak would be a quick fix but with each roadblock we came across, he talked us through and ultimately the problem was fixed after 3 hours and an additional trip to the hardware store. He showed us exactly where the problems were, he gave us recommendations on what to replace in the future if we need work done.
