I felt I needed a second opinion before sinking $7,000 for a clogged drain. Bob and Shane came out and within an hour had my clog fixed. Thank you!!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and informative!

We realized that we had a malfunctioning sump pump after the recent downpour, and called Mallard Plumbing in order to evaluate the issue. The customer service rep took down our information and received an immediate return call and text letting me know that they were on their way. The team of Bob and Paul diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty sump pump. Both men were extremely professional and friendly. They educated us on what was being done and why. The work was clean and efficient. I was extremely happy with everything that was done and highly recommend their services. Will only be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs.
