During the visit, i also had a scale-reducing water filter added to help lower future maintenance on the tankless water heater. he installed it neatly beside the unit and did a very clean job, even though the space was tight. i watched part of the plumbing work, and it was clear he took pride in doing the install carefully and making sure everything fit properly.
