I called Joe at 8 PM to tell him that my outside sewer line was clogged. Even though it was raining and dark out, Joe offered to come right over. I didn't want him or me to get wet, so we agreed on the next morning. Joe came out, saw the problem, told me what he was going to do, told me the cost without me asking (with a senior discount).
