Joe was great! He was very thorough and very patient while explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He even managed to throw the tennis ball for our dog a bit while he was working on the line outside! Haha very professional and very nice, he was great.
He was nice, courteous, respectful, answered all questions I had regarding the function of garbage disposal & what not to put down like egg shells, potatoe skins ect.. , because of clogging pipe! I would definitely recommend this gentleman to return on any calls I would make to Rotor Rooter! Matter of fact just about all the gentlemen in my 35yrs doing business with Roto Rooter the repair men have been very well mannered!
