“Admittedly, I usually am the one reading reviews instead of writing them, but TB Bartolomeo Mechanical Contractors LLC deserves an outstanding review. After moving into my home only a few months ago, I was awoken to a knock on my door and my gas company informing me that my gas had to be shut off. After almost two weeks without gas, a local plumbing company recommended Tyler. Previous to that recommendation, I had called five other companies that never (to this day) called me back. Within minutes of my initial call, Tyler gave me a phone call back, clear instructions on what details to send him, and made a promise that he would get the job done quickly and thoroughly - and he did. I have NEVER been treated so well by a company before. From their attention to detail to their follow-through, I am 110% satisfied with my experience. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! “When I had a leaky faucet, I called a plumber to look at it and was told there was most likely no way to fix it due to it being an older style faucet with no access panel and behind tile. He suggested replacing the entire system which would require breaking apart the tile. He said I could try other plumbers but most would tell me the same thing. I called around and got a hold of Jeff who said he could have someone here after lunch. The tech actually got here early and was able to complete the work by purchasing the stems at Home Depot and changing them out. The only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars is I was charged for 2 hours of work, when the total work time was only about 30 minutes. The rest of the time was for the trip to Home Depot which is only about 10 min away“
