Vicki and Kelly are amazing!! I have used them before and when you need solutions and resolutions this is the company to call. They go above and beyond and really know their business. I highly recommend them. I've had them do everything from heat tape wrap under a house that hardly a mouse could crawl under and they found an additional problem a previous plumber did wrong which ended up to be a broken pic joint to recently a leak in the greywater line that required some exploring of the situation using a camera and jetter (very OLD terra cotta drain line) to resolving it after a unique solution for my situation. Love these gals (and Nick too)!!
Came when they said they would. Cleaned main drain for half the price of another company. Thank God I waited and called Lutz. Great guys friendly.
If I could give a higher rating, I would. We live in So Cal but have a home in LaTrobe for our son. We have ended up using CLE multiple times, and every time they have gone way over and above expectations, doing more work than quoted and never accepting anything above their original quote. They even double checked an issue where another service quoted me $18k to replace pipes and fixed the problem with a $100 drain cap! Kelly knows her stuff and is one of the nicest people I've ever been fortunate enough to deal with.
