We call Restano for all of heating cooling and plumbing needs. Most recently the heat went out at my home over the weekend and also my business. Restano replaced a gas water heater on 10/16/25 due to an electrical problem, We got the old tank from Restano about a year ago and they honored the warranty & provided a new tank and installation. There were some coordination issues that had some affect on the completion schedule, but Restano's manager Dakota and the assigned technicians worked with us to resolve the issues in a timely manner. We've had a yearly service agreement with Restano for about 3 years and plan on continuing to work with them.
I called Restano early this morning to request help with a leaking kitchen faucet. My call was answered promptly. I asked about the possibility of scheduling service, and she they actually had someone available this morning. Laura showed up less than 20 minutes later. She was professional and friendly. She was able to diagnose the faucet problem and fixed it within about 20 minutes. I am very happy with the timeliness and quality of the service provided.
