We had a great experience. A little pricy but quality work! Adam was AMAZING, professional, and very conscientious with his work. We had several projects/upgrades and Adam was here approximately 11 hours and demonstrated an excellent work ethic. Cleaned up after all the projects were done. I'd highly recommend Adam and Restano. We've used other plumbers in the past and they didn't do as good of a job.
We call Restano for all of heating cooling and plumbing needs. Most recently the heat went out at my home over the weekend and also my business. Restano responded to both in a very timely manner and had us back up and running very quickly and efficiently. Kevin the technician that came to our business was amazing. Restano replaced a gas water heater on 10/16/25 due to an electrical problem, We got the old tank from Restano about a year ago and they honored the warranty & provided a new tank and installation. There were some coordination issues that had some affect on the completion schedule, but Restano's manager Dakota and the assigned technicians worked with us to resolve the issues in a timely manner. We've had a yearly service agreement with Restano for about 3 years and plan on continuing to work with them.
