We had a pipe leak that damaged some of our walls and floors. TRT quickly came out and dried out our house. They were very professional and readily available for any questions we had. They also thoroughly explained the insurance process which helped us navigate that later on. Would recommend anyone to use them!
Tyler, Ryan and their team were very knowledgeable and helped make a difficult situation a bit easier. My dishwasher line leaked and flooded my kitchen and basement. They were able to dry out everything and saved my kitchen floors. They helped with the insurance claim process as well. Highly recommended!
I recently had an issue in my upstairs bathroom resulting in water going literally everywhere, including the hardwood in my hallway. I called The Restoration Team and they arrived at my house in no time. They were quick to assess the situation and began their drying process. I am very happy with the speed at which they were able to do this and am particularly happy that they were able to prevent any damage to my hardwood floors.
