“Christian did a fantastic job and cleared my sewer line. He’s a quality guy who is an outstanding representative for Roto-Rooter. The price of $700 for two hours of work was steep, but they were prompt and met my need.“
“When I had a leaky faucet, I called a plumber to look at it and was told there was most likely no way to fix it due to it being an older style faucet with no access panel and behind tile. He suggested replacing the entire system which would require breaking apart the tile. He said I could try other plumbers but most would tell me the same thing. I called around and got a hold of Jeff who said he could have someone here after lunch. The tech actually got here early and was able to complete the work by purchasing the stems at Home Depot and changing them out. The only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars is I was charged for 2 hours of work, when the total work time was only about 30 minutes. The rest of the time was for the trip to Home Depot which is only about 10 min away“
