A leak required hot water to be shut off, but the call was returned promptly, and the problem was fixed quickly. For an emergency, a shut off valve blew off, and George stopped within an hour, evaluated, and resolved the issue by placing metal shut off valves. The regulator was checked and replaced, showing very professional and local service. The job was done neat and clean at a good price. On a Friday, a water leak in a commercial space was an issue, and George spent 3 hours troubleshooting, tearing into walls to investigate, and working with the landlord remotely. He did everything in his power to help, going the extra mile after business hours on a cold January evening. A hot water tank was replaced the same day, with everything up and running quickly.
