Steven came out to do a drain cleaning service for me since I had sewage backup into my basement. He was incredibly kind and pleasant. Walked around with me to look at everything and locate all the areas he would need to work in, explained the pricing, I signed off on the paperwork, he got to work, and then finished shortly after that. I was very happy with the service. I did the online scheduling and was able to have them come out the very next day.
We had our kitchen sink/garbage disposal clogging back up on a Sunday morning. We called two local plumbing outfits that we had used in past. Both had “emergency lines”. One never called back after I left a message, and the other said they could come out the next day, 24 hours later. Then called Roto-Rooter. They said they would have someone at my house within half hour, and that is exactly what happened. Ninety minutes later our problem was resolved. Five stars all the way for RR’s responsiveness and for the job our technician, Robert Drigas (spelling?) did for us.
Jermaine came out same day when we had a serious drainage issue and masterfully worked through and solved the problem. On top of that he is a great man. I would highly recommend him as a tech to resolve any issue.
