“I recently had an MRI on my knee at this facility and had a great experience. The employee who assisted me was exceptional—kind, efficient, and very understanding throughout the process.
The MRI room was comfortable and almost spa-like, which made the experience far more pleasant than an MRI I had at another facility.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a waitlist for earlier appointments. Currently, patients need to call regularly to check for cancellations or openings, which can be inconvenient. Overall, the quality of care and the environment were excellent, and I would recommend this facility to others.”
