Dr. O’Connor is excellent. He was very thorough, reviewed my history, labs, and imaging studies, patiently answered all my questions , and explained my options.I am so happy that he is my gastroenterologist.
Well tun efficient staff.. usually the first visit of the year entails a review of coverage and medication and paperwork thatlenth visit time. Not at west Norriiton. Admin & Nurses made it easy.
Went for my routine colonoscopy this morning. I am not your typical colonoscopy patient in that I prefer NO anesthesia. This has presented problems in the past at other practices but was NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL with Dr. Markos and his staff. From the very first phone call with Regina, to every nurse I encountered today including the nurse anesthetist, Jay, were amazing! (anesthesia department is usually irritated by me since they don’t get paid for not giving anesthesia)They talked me through everything and took so much time, care and patience. I highly recommend this practice.
