The physical therapy team at Excelsia in East Norriton was amazing! After having my symptoms dismissed for months, Jen was able to quickly and effectively evaluate and acknowledge my needs. She developed a treatment plan that was attainable, and that worked! Ryan adapted to my changing needs as new symptoms emerged and the team overall made therapy enjoyable. I was grateful to only be a short term patient, but they made me feel like an old friend. I would highly recommend Excelsia for post concussion support!
Everything is good at this facility, starting with the physical therapist, Jen and Ryan,helping to get you back to good health, the Doctors are also good n answer all questions concerning your injury.
The team is awesome. Conversation is always very pleasant, take away the pain let you forget the misery. Michelle and Jordan they should get extra pay for being everyone psychiatrist with the humor. Customer service is excellent they go above and beyond. Very empathetic. They are a bonus.
