“I really like phoenixville Hospital the employees are very good. The nurses and the doctors in emergency room are very caring. The problem I have is when you walk in the door you get treated like a criminal They don’t ask permission to look through nothing they just do what they want and they treat you like you’re a criminal Who wants to go to emergency room sick and be treated like a criminal. They have no common courtesy or respect there was a lady in front of me that had a heart monitor and said she couldn’t walk through it and he told her then she couldn’t come in. It was a young white male with a goatee in mustache with dark hair he wouldn’t give me his name. They don’t even ask permission to look in somebody’s bag. They just patch it up and start looking with a flashlight, very uncomfortable feeling definitely goes against constitutional rights even police officers have to have permission to look in somebody’s personal belongings.”
