I switched to this practice for my father who is medically complexed. With it being one of the only doctors around the area accepting new patients, the doctors are pretty good and very personable. My only complaint is after a little over a year and multiple times where I’ve had to call into the office, there has been very long wait times to get ahold of someone longest I’ve waited is 40 minutes just to speak to someone to get them to check there system to accept requests from the pharmacy. Some of these medicines are for life threatening issues so as a caretaker it can be very frustrating on my end to not be able to get in touch with staff in order to get medications...read full review
Dr. Rose is awesome! She really takes the time to work with you and takes a holistic approach to treatment. I have had a great experience from front desk staff, nurses/PAs, and of course Dr. Rose. Highly recommend
Whenever I try to call. I am on hold sometimes for 30 minutes before someone answers. I have to call back several times before a prescription is refilled and I had blood work done and no one has called . I have called 3 times now to get results and still no on returned my call. I like my Doctor Dr Tiburcio Otherwise I would leave the practice ad find another group.
