I’ve been coming to this office for about 15 years, so I’ve seen it go through several changes and renovations. The office itself looks nice, and some of the longtime staff members are still here, which I appreciate.

Over the years, though, the overall experience has changed. Some of the newer changes are good, but others make the office feel less personal than it used to. One of my biggest frustrations is communication. When you call now, you often have to go through a representative who then contacts the office. It can take a long time to hear back, even when you’re simply trying to get an issue resolved.

My PCP is very helpful and actually listens to my concerns. She genuinely seems concerned about my health and well being and I appreciate that. The nurse staff is also helpful, polite, and listens when I am being seen. I've been going here for years and don't plan on changing to a different office any time soon

They have been taking care of me for over 10 years. They are responsive in all areas of care from taking care of my colds, bronchitis etc to annual exams and blood tests, medications and health chart explanations and result recommendations.
