So happy I started at this practice. Met my doctor when she interned at another practice. Best thing i did was to follow her. Staff is great too. I would not recommend talking to scheduling when making an appt. Make sure you get transferred to the office scheduling. You are wasting your time if you don't
Called in earlier on behalf of my father who is not a strong English speaker. I spoke with a couple different staff members during the back and forth. Everyone I spoke to was great and had great attention to detail when getting information of what was going on with my dad. Got relatively quick call backs when they had to refer back to the doctor. Thank you!
Absolutely treated horribly by the front desk person named heather. She had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude and offensive. I am only giving it 2 stars because the doctors and nurses are absolutely kind and awesome, front desk people AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
