I recently had an MRI on my knee at this facility and had a great experience. The employee who assisted me was exceptional—kind, efficient, and very understanding throughout the process.
The MRI room was comfortable and almost spa-like, which made the experience far more pleasant than an MRI I had at another facility.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a waitlist for earlier appointments. Currently, patients need to call regularly to check for cancellations or openings, which can be inconvenient. Overall, the quality of care and the environment were excellent, and I would recommend this facility to others.
I went to this location for a CAT Scan .First of all , the waiting area was large and beautiful with little hearts all over since it is February; such a sweet touch. And all the people were kind and pleasant. Can’t say enough about how kind and pleasant the experience was because of Karen, the technician. So much closer to my home than the hospital. Grateful ☺️
Can't say enough good things about this location! I went in last Friday for a podiatric procedure and was met with a clean and welcoming environment. Every single person that I came into contact with was kind and personable, so much so that I forgot I was there to have surgery! My nurses were so sweet that I got teary eyed when I woke up and had to go home (thanks, anesthesia, lol). The facility called me a few days after my procedure just to check up on me. Couldn't recommend more!
