“Dr. Flanagan and her team are fantastic!! Very first appointment Dr. Flanagan welcomed me with arms wide open and I have come leaps & bounds with her care. Denille her assistant is always welcoming, kind, helpful. Katie Towers goes above and beyond for patients: I was in the waiting room for a new specialist, I was confused when the receptionist asked about records. I patient portal- Katie immediately responded, called the office and provided them with my records. Dr. Flanagan, Katie, Denille show much support and kindness between appointments on patient portal. I look forward to seeing Dr. Flanagan and her team every 3 months. If I was asked if there is one thing I would change- crickets- not one thing to change about Dr. Flanagan and her office- there are not enough kind words to show my appreciation. “The covid religion has ruined Spring-ford Family practice. This once outstanding doctors office is now just a becon for indocrination. If you do not subscribe to the covid religion do no expect any real assistance here at this facility. Was forced into covid test, never had any covid symptoms but tested positive, never got anything for to solve the issue I went to see them with, and now a month later the sinus infection is back.“
