“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. “They were able to come 30 minutes after I called which is quite nearly unheard of in this industry. Or maybe I was just too lucky. Our heater wasn’t working when we opened our restaurant for business in the morning of Dec 7 so the dining room was cold so imagine our relief when someone can come practically in a moment’s notice.The repairman was courteous and professional. He didn’t take longer than he needed as the problem wasn’t huge so that was much appreciated. 10/10 Would highly recommend New Life to everyone!“
“In Sept 2023, Mark & Mark Jr came out to do an annual service check on my really ancient-but-reliable gas hot water heating system. My previous heating guy had retired earlier this year & after asking around a bit, someone mentioned Link Heating & Cooling. I was a bit apprehensive that a new HVAC person would find my system "too old" to mess with. Mark & Mark Jr didn't bat an eye - they checked it over thoroughly & all was fine. When I needed to take the chill off the house a few days ago, I adjusted my thermostat to turn it on, heard the reassuring, ever so slight "whoosh" of the burners coming on & before I knew it, my Old Faithful system was pushing hot water heat throughout my home. So sweet! Mark & his son are a delightful pair - I prefer having family-owned businesses work in my home & they were just perfect for the job I needed done. I found them to be responsive, refreshingly direct, honest & hardworking. “So my hot water tank decided to break after 20 years and man is it stressful when you have water all over your basement floor but no worries because TPS to the rescue. Within two days they were able to get all the supplies and install it. When I say they are fast, they are fast. The whole team is outstanding !! They took both my hot water tank and heating system out and put in a new Navien Combi. Tankless water heater and boiler all in one. The pro about this, it will save on my Gas bill. Thank you TPS for coming to the rescue and taking my worries away.“

Service techs, propane tech, fuel delivery and office personnel are always pleasant to work with! Very special thank you to Nancy in the office for dropping off space heaters after hours, when my propane install unexpectedly ran into a second day. To Rob, for putting in the extra time and effort to get my job done. And to the techs, for doing the little ‘extras’ they didn’t have to do. Everyone even remembered my birthday!! “Was on vacation for a few days and returned to find our house was super hot, as our AC decided to quit as well while we were away. Did some quick research online for some local HVAC places, and the first one couldn’t come out until much later that day. Scheduled them, but then called Arctic Fire Heating & Cooling, and said if they could come out sooner, they’d have my business. After a brief wait on the phone, I was scheduled for a few hours later. Alex came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained/repaired what was wrong, and had my AC up and running! Very pleased with the response time, price, and overall service! These are my “go to” HVAC guys now!“

“We have been using Boyd's since we moved into our home in 2014. Over the years they have replaced our geothermal system, hot water heaters and did some simpler annual maintenance for us. They come when they say they are coming and charge reasonable prices. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about whatever plumbing or construction part, tool or whatever you would need, I will be coming here for all my plumbing needs.“
“Our water heater leaked on Friday night and Rick Grimley promptly showed up on Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

“Trevor came out on an on call basis on Saturday night to troubleshoot a shared well pump for my place and another resident of the property. He was pleasant, and quickly climbed down into our well pit at night , snakes and all to get us water pressure. In under an hour, he expertly determined the problem and made the repair. As an on call employee, I'm sure he was pulled away from a pleasant evening away from his family to climb into a snake pit so I can shower. 10/10 thank you“
