It’s a little confusing finding your way in the first time but if you go around the side of the building, you’ll go through a beautiful brick tunnel to get to your location. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about whatever plumbing or construction part, tool or whatever you would need, I will be coming here for all my plumbing needs.“
“Our water heater leaked on Friday night and Rick Grimley promptly showed up on Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

“They were able to come 30 minutes after I called which is quite nearly unheard of in this industry. Or maybe I was just too lucky. Our heater wasn’t working when we opened our restaurant for business in the morning of Dec 7 so the dining room was cold so imagine our relief when someone can come practically in a moment’s notice.The repairman was courteous and professional. He didn’t take longer than he needed as the problem wasn’t huge so that was much appreciated. 10/10 Would highly recommend New Life to everyone!“
