“We needed our back porch replaced asap. We had our front porch roof, window sills and soffit in mind as future projects. Chuck and the crew responded to my request for a quote in about 20 minutes on a Saturday. The price that they quoted for the back porch left enough room in our budget to knock out all 3 projects at the same time. The crew showed up on time each day and made great progress before leaving each day. They were extremely respectful and it kind of felt like we had been friends for years. “Crains guys showed up at our home at 7 AM And 5 of them went straight to work they removed a 30 ft by 13 foot Roof that has been leaking for ys And replaced with a brand new rubber roof insulation All brand new plywood etc They were nothing but 100% professional The old roof is gone the brand new one is in place. Previous owners had a subpar roofer put a roof on 14 years ago and they never put in a ridge vent among other installation mistakes. Aaron's team used only the best materials (I'm a contractor so I am particular on material choice) installing WeatherWatch and GAF lifetime shingles. They added a ridge vent and fixed damaged plywood in an area that another roofing company failed to properly address during repair last year. “Where to begin… the entire experience has been first class from the first phone call asking for an estimate to the last invoice. Everyone I encountered, whether on the phone, texting, or in person was professional and friendly. They were patient while we waited for Tesla to remove my solar panels and had one of the wettest January’s on record. I went for the 50-year roof system, and I have no regrets on the cost. The roof looks fantastic and i feel confident in the workmanship of the crew. They’re even taking care of the accidental rutting that occurred in my soaked yard.
