I had the most incredible experience at RF Fager Company recently and I simply couldn't wait to share it with everyone. After visiting multiple stores without any luck in finding the part I needed, I decided to give RF Fager Company a call. Little did I know that this call would lead to an outstanding display of customer service and a happy ending to my search.When I spoke with Matthew over the phone, he exuded confidence and assured me that he would do his best to help me find the elusive part. His positive attitude and willingness to assist convinced me to visit the store in person. Called in looking for a part for home Hvac, the lady who answered was very helpful, cross checked the part and went out of her way double checking everything to make sure I got what I needed. Didn’t have the right part and she even suggested another supplier to try and help me out!! This is what customer service is all about. Thanks for all your help
