“Erie did amazing work, they were fast and efficient, courteous, and the end results are spectacular. I plan on having the garage done next. It was hot, so my husband and I got them ice creams which they enjoyed. They also totally cleaned up after their work. I would definitely have them do more work and I highly recommend them. The agents Skylar Buckley and Adam Weaver were also great representatives of Erie, courteous and helpful.”
“ShreveCo did an excellent job restoring the water-damaged window sheathing in our master bathroom. They were professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what was needed. Instead of recommending unnecessary replacement, they were able to restore the damaged area and save us money while delivering great results. We are very pleased with their workmanship and would gladly recommend them to others.”
“I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with ReNu Solar & Roofing!
After discovering that 12 of my solar microinverters were not producing electricity, I reached out to ReNu on a Thursday evening. Andy Williams responded at 6:30 Friday morning, answered my questions thoroughly, and immediately began coordinating troubleshooting and service.
By Monday morning, technician Matt was at my house! He quickly identified a faulty connector, replaced it, and restored production to all 12 affected panels.
I fully recognize that the stars aligned with scheduling availability and that this was an exceptionally fast turnaround, even by excellent customer service standards! While I certainly wouldn't expect this timeline every time, I was incredibly impressed by the responsiveness, communication, and willingness to help throughout the entire process.
Andy was professional, thorough, and transparent about the diagnostic fee and potential warranty coverage. Matt was equally professional and clearly knew what he was doing.
Having experienced much longer service delays in the past, I especially appreciated how smoothly and efficiently everything was handled.
Thank you, Andy and Matt, for such outstanding customer service. This is exactly how it should be done!”
