I have worked with Biniek Specialty Contracts on commercial projects in the past, and was very happy with their performance. Recently, we had storms come through the area and ripped off some cap shingles from one of our hips. I called Paul the day after, and they were dealing with cleaning up the mess that the storm left at the shop. However, Biniek showed up the following day and made the repairs to our roof at a very fair price. I know they were scrambling to keep up with their work load and continue to clean up from the storms, but they still proved that customer satisfaction is very important to them.
