Everyone I encountered, whether on the phone, texting, or in person was professional and friendly. They were patient while we waited for Tesla to remove my solar panels and had one of the wettest January’s on record. I went for the 50-year roof system, and I have no regrets on the cost. The roof looks fantastic and i feel confident in the workmanship of the crew. They’re even taking care of the accidental rutting that occurred in my soaked yard. Once work began, he involved me in the process at any point in time as he discovered things that were wrong with my roof. He even invited me up on the roof to show me the condition it was in so that I could make an informed decision as to how to remedy the situation. He was very conscientious with his work and his estimate of how long it would take to complete the job was even accurate. I had to have the entire roof torn off of a double layer of shingles, replace all soffit and facia, as well as replacing the gutters. He had the entire job completed within two weeks time because the weather cooperated.Brian is a hands-on contractor who performed the work himself. I don’t believe anyone else could’ve done better a job than Brian.“
